This 2005 National Real Estate Investor Sourcebook issue is a directory presenting the organizations involved in 18 important areas of commercial real estate. Essentially, it is divided into two main parts:
* Discipline categories
* Contact listings by city and state
We've spent a great deal of time making this SourceBook a resource that is as easy to use as possible.
For example, if you're really interested in finding the appraisers for your property in Tucson, Ariz., you would go to the Appraiser category beginning on page 36 and then find the state and city you need. You will find, listed in alphabetical order, under each city, all of the names, addresses, telephone and fax numbers for those companies that have returned questionnaires with this information.
How to use this 2005 SOURCEBOOK issue
Those entries you see in red type are also advertisers in this issue.
Four of the listing categories - Associations (national organizations in real estate or related industries); Corporate Real Estate Managers; Pension Funds, and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) - are listed alphabetically instead of by state or city because it seemed to make the most sense from a usability standpoint. Under these headings, you will find the same information - company name, address, telephone and fax numbers, with contact name, if provided.
